We handle your data confidentially and in accordance with the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. We aim for a transparent and proportionate processing approach.
If, in exceptional cases, we are unable to comply with these principles, data processing may still be lawful due to a valid justification. Justifications may include:
- Your consent;
- The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures;
- Our legitimate interests, provided your interests do not outweigh ours.
3.3 How Can You Withdraw Your Consent?
If you have given us consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, we process your data based on that consent unless we have another legal justification.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the address specified in the legal notice. Previously conducted data processing will not be affected.

We may have embedded links to our social media channels on our website. This is indicated to you (typically through corresponding symbols). When you click on the symbols, you will be redirected to our social media channels.
In this case, the social media providers will be informed that you accessed their platform from our website. The social media providers may use the data collected in this way for their own purposes. We point out that we do not have knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or how the operators use it.
c. Disclosure Abroad
In some cases, as part of order processing, your personal data may be transferred to companies abroad. These companies are obligated to data protection laws in the same way we are. The transfer may take place worldwide.
If the level of data protection does not meet that of Switzerland, we perform a risk assessment beforehand and ensure through contractual measures that the same level of protection as in Switzerland is guaranteed (e.g., by using the new Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission or other legally required measures). If our risk assessment is negative, we take additional technical measures to protect your data. You can access the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses via the following link: https://commission.europa.eu/publications/standard-contractual-clauses-controllers-and-processors-eueea_de

Contract data is stored longer as required by law. Specifically, we must retain business communications, concluded contracts, and booking documents for up to 10 years. If we no longer need such data to provide our services, the data will be blocked and only used for accounting and tax purposes.
3.6 How Do We Protect Your Data?
We will securely store your data and take all reasonable measures to protect it from loss, access, misuse, or alteration.
Our contractual partners and employees who have access to your data are required to comply with data protection regulations. In some cases, it may be necessary to forward your inquiries to affiliated companies. Even then, your data will be treated confidentially.

- You have provided data in connection with the conclusion or execution of a contract.
We may restrict or deny the provision of information or data if it conflicts with our legal obligations, legitimate interests, or those of a third party.
Processing of your request is subject to a legal processing period of 30 days. However, we may extend this period due to high request volumes, legal or technical reasons, or if we need additional information from you. You will be notified of the extension in a timely manner, at least in writing.
b. Deletion and Correction
You may request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. We may refuse the request if legal provisions require us to retain the data for a longer period or if a legal ground contradicts your request.
Please note that exercising your rights may conflict with contractual agreements and have consequences on the performance of the contract (e.g., early contract termination or cost consequences).
c. Legal Recourse
If you are affected by the processing of personal data, you have the right to enforce your rights in court or file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch

4.2 Google Ads
We use the Google Ads service on our website, an online advertising service by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "Google"). Google Ads allows us to display advertisements in Google search results and the Google ad network.
4.3 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising program "Google Ads" on our website, and in this context, the Conversion Tracking (Visit Action Analysis). Google Ads Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
When you click on an advertisement served by Google, a cookie is set on your device for Conversion Tracking. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data, and therefore do not serve for personal identification. If you visit specific pages of our website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page.
The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. We learn the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page containing a Conversion Tracking tag. However, we do not receive information that personally identifies users.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. However, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
Furthermore, you can disable personalized ads in the Google ad settings. Instructions on how to do this can be found at https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155764.
4.4 LinkedIn Ads
We use LinkedIn's advertising services on our website, a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland ("LinkedIn").
Through LinkedIn Ads, we can place targeted ads based on the interests and behaviors of users. LinkedIn uses cookies and similar technologies to display ads based on your previous visits to our and other websites. This allows us to measure and optimize the effectiveness of our advertising efforts.
The information collected by LinkedIn Ads is anonymous to us, meaning we do not receive personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by LinkedIn, so a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and LinkedIn can use this data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with LinkedIn's privacy policy.
If you are a LinkedIn member and are logged into your LinkedIn account while visiting our website, the data collected by LinkedIn Ads will be linked to your LinkedIn account.
The use of LinkedIn Ads is aimed at analyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of our advertising measures. The data processing is based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising and analyzing the impact and efficiency of this advertising.

When you visit our website, a cookie may be set on your device via Meta Ads, enabling the analysis of your use of the website. Additionally, Meta can track your usage behavior across various websites and devices and use this information to serve personalized ads.
The data collected via the cookie is transmitted to Meta and stored there. Meta can link this data with your Meta account (formerly Facebook account) and use it for its own advertising purposes.
To generally object to the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your internet browser to prevent future cookies from being placed on your computer or to delete cookies that have already been placed. However, turning off cookies may result in some functions of our website no longer working properly.
For more information on the handling of user data in Meta Ads, please refer to Meta's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. If you do not want Meta to use data for advertising purposes, you can adjust the relevant settings in your Meta account.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is typically transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will, however, be shortened by Google within the European Union member states or other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide additional services related to website and internet usage to the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. 4.8 Google Tag Manager
To manage website tags via an interface, we use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The Google Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not process any personal data. The service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not have access to these data. If deactivation has been performed at the domain or cookie level, it remains in effect for all tracking tags implemented via Google Tag Manager.
By using Google Tag Manager, scripts (so-called tags) can be automatically activated on our website, and data from your browser may be transmitted to Google. This data may include information about your IP address, the browser you are using, the subpages of our website you visited, and other interactions during your visit to the website.
